Blackhurst Budd have continued to support local netball this year through our sponsorship of the aptly named ‘Blackhurst Budd’ netball team. The team plays in Division 2 of the Fylde Netball League and will shortly be coming to the end of the winter season.

Blackhurst Budd Solicitors are delighted to be the new official sponsor of Player of the Month/Goal of the month awards for Blackpool FC.
Kiernan Dewsbury Hall and Taylor Moore visited the staff at their Edward Street Offices in Blackpool earlier this week to thank them for their support.

We are delighted to re-connect with another leading Blackpool based business and look forward to building our relationship long term with them. ”
David Aird, Director at the firm said “It’s great to be involved with the football club once again as I am personally a lifelong BFC fan as are many members of staff at the firm. With the announcement of the new manager this week hopefully we can have a strong finish to the season and mount a real challenge for promotion next season. Fingers crossed we’ll have some great goals for fans to vote for in the next couple of months!”
When Blackhurst Budd Solicitors needed some new profile images for their website, Managing Director Warren Spencer wanted to give local budding photographers a chance to gain some invaluable experience.
Having contacted the course leader on the BA (Hons) Photography course at Blackpool and Fylde College, an agreement was made for a group of students to visit the offices and discuss what was required. The team then came back and did a day’s worth of images of the staff, teams and offices.
“Our staff photos were ready for updating and this seemed a great way for the firm to give something back to the community, rather than bring someone in from outside of Blackpool. Our donation for their time and efforts will also help fund their exhibition later this year” commented Warren.
Jon Row, Programme Leader said “We were delighted to be asked to help Blackhurst Budd with this project and the students involved gained useful experience in operating as commercial photographers. The firm’s kind donation will go a long way towards the cost of the end of year degree group exhibition at the Free Range in London.”
