Conveyancing in Blackpool

House Sales/Purchases
It is generally accepted that moving house can be a stressful experience. There is a great deal more to moving home than may at first be thought. Therefore it is in your best interests to secure the services of a solicitor if you are intending to buy or sell property to ensure that the move to your new home is as stress free as possible.

Your appointed solicitor will deal with conveyancing formalities and be there to advise and guide you through the various stages of the procedure with which you may be unfamiliar. He or she will take time to ensure that you are made fully aware of what is happening at each stage of the process.

Various enquiries will be made relating to the property including a search of the local authority. These enquiries are made in order to protect the buyers interests. When entirely satisfied contracts will be exchanged and a completion date agreed between the parties.

Any loan arrangements with your Building Society or Lending Institution will also be taken care of to enable the necessary funds to be obtained in time for completion of the transaction so you can move into your new home at the desired time.

Timing is essential to ensure, if possible, that you sell and purchase on the same day. Solicitors play a vital role in making sure that you are aware of any problems connected with the property and land, and in coordinating Building Societies, Estate Agents, Surveyors, Land Registry and the seller so that your purchase (or Sale) is as smooth and trouble free as possible. Alan Mumby at our firm can find the right member of our conveyancing team here to help your move run smoothly.
